SHIPPING POLICY
Due to our partnerships with CCM and Bauer, the majority of our products are stored in their warehouses. That does mean we cannot control a lot of the shipments and it is up to them to make sure they are properly delivered and in good shape. According to both, your product should arrive in 5-9 business days.
Our number one concern is our customers. We want to make sure you get a fair price on your stick. That also includes shipping costs. We try to keep shipping costs at a fair price so both the consumer and seller are happy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dissatisfied with your stick? That's completely ok! We're here to help you find the right stick that will improve your performance on the ice. If you want to return or exchange a stick, just print out the online tag and receipt, bring it to your nearest post office, and they'll take care of the rest. Refunds usually arrive in your account in a couple of days. It does take time for us to process your refund.
